Terms of sale

• The tours may suffer delays due to the weather and sea conditions as due to unforeseen technical issues.
• In this case we will make a new appointment which suits you and your holiday plans.
• We will naturally give you your money back if we do not find a tour that fits with your holidays.
• Your booking and your ticket are binding due to the limited places on our tours. If you do not come to the agreed time or if you cancel your tour at short notice, we reserve the right to retain the money paid for the booking. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. This is the only way we can assure that small groups have the chance to live big adventures.
• To assure a binding booking, 50% of the price must be paid in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid in the harbour before the tour starts. We will issue you with a receipt both for the deposit and for the final price of the ticket.
